At Pulsette, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the fashion items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can process your request quickly.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
